Swine Flu and the Housing Market

As I read the web today and watched TV last night I was shocked at how much the two items were alike.

The people in charge have no idea of what is going on, when asked they give simple answers and in essence are telling people to go on with their lives. They have no plan, and in many quarters are already outgunned by the outbreak. The flow of information is so politically correct that you would think that there is nothing wrong. We have an open border, many people will run to the US because of our health system- you know, the one that needs so much overhaul!

The WHO has increased its warnings to a level 4 of 11. Guess that means that government bailouts of hospitals, insurance companies, and the like are coming next. And it is clear that no one will be blamed for anything.

The government has killed the real estate market, building industry and the free mortgage markets. And now we shall see the repeat in the health fields.
