Raleigh Home Inspection on foreclosure town home

Another Raleigh Home Inspection has been completed by Clear Choice Home Inspections. The list of defects was about typical for a town home this size and age (less than 10 years). Some of the items our Home Inspector found include: fungus on interior wall, several slow drains, leaky plumbing supply pipe, defective smoke detectors, mis-wired receptacles (rendering their GFCI function useless, non-functional electric fireplace, low insulation in the attic, several damaged shingles plus about ten other items.
