MOSS CREEK

Moss Creek is a master-planned home community located in Concord, NC. Moss Creek is located near the intersection of NC-73 and Odell School Road, in the Northwest corner of Cabarrus County. With homes and townhomes from the $130's to the $500's, Moss Creek will eventually be home to nearly 1500 families.

CANTERFIELD

Canterfield is an exclusive cul de sac community just minutes from UNCC & Harrisburg. ROCKY RIVER CROSSING

This lovely neighborhood was developed in the late 1990’s, with homes being built by Shea, Torrey, or MDC Homes. These are homes of excellent value. Home sizes rang in heated square footage from 1600 to over 2900. Many of the properties are vinyl sided with some partial brick in ranch and two story transitional styles. All homes include three to five bedrooms, at least two full baths, a two car garage, and patios or decks. Prices for these homes start around $190,000 and rise to more than $300,000.

There is a neighborhood homeowner’s association for maintenance of the entryway, walking trails, community pool, and common areas. Lots are comfortably sized from just under a quarter to a half acre plus in this fairly level area giving highly usable space.
