I'm guilt of this too...SLACK Maintenance on my home. However this may bite me down in the tail down the road. Those little items can add up! So I'm suggesting that all my past clients who do own a home, have an inspection done every 3 years or so. There is a great company that is offering a very reasonable "Home Check Up" and also a "No Denied Warranty Claim" for any repairs found down the road.

It's an interesting concept for Realtors to offer to potential listings too. It also saves our sellers money down the road...no hidden fixes that can hit the bottom line after a price is agreed upon!
