Are you guys feeling the activity?? I am in Johnston County, NC and it is up and down. A couple of weeks it will be GREAT!! And then it is like......what happened?? Where did the buyers go???

No rhyme or reason...we ( the agents) can't seem to figure it out.

But there is one thing I do know. If you are looking a home AND you have a job AND you are a First Time Home Buyer....NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!! Take advantage of that $8000!!
