The average number of days on the market stretched from 137 during the stated time period in 2008 to 166 for the same period in 2009. The average sale price dropped by about 16% compared to last year at the same time. Sales prices for August 1 thru August 31 were $464,162 as compared to $536,489 in August 2008.
