The strong buyers market continues with a large inventory for buyers to choose from as even more sellers, short sales and foreclosures continue to add to inventory. The good news is that although inventory remains hefty it has come down some.
Buyer activity continues to be more active. Especially for buyers looking at homes listed under $300,000.
The $8.000 tax credit for first time home buyers would be beneficial for many who qualify. The current market offers great deals and it could be very worthwhile for the consumer to check with the financial folks to see how the tax breaks could benefit them in 2009 for tax purposes. No word as yet if the government will continue the credit into 2010.
Hendersonville and Western NC is a beautiful area that has a lot to offer and if you are considering a real estate purchase it could be worth your while to come take a look while inventory remains plentiful and prices lower than what was normal.
