New Bern, N.C. Buyer's Agent Homer Ray earns ABR® designation.

In October 2009, buyer's agent Homer Ray at CENTURY 21 Zaytoun-Raines, New Bern, N.C. received notification from the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council known as REBAC, that he had met the educational and experiential requirements needed to receive the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®)designation. This is the designation that sets the standard for professionalism and proficiency for agents who claim to be "buyers agents". The ABR® designation is the only buyer's agency designation officially recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®.

As a buyer's agent for the New Bern, Havelock and Cherry Point N.C. area with the ABR® designation, Homer can now advertise to prospective buyer-clients that he is trained to meet the special needs and requirements of today's home buyers.
