2009 has seen a large increase in the Real Estate Rental market due to the economy and slow home sales. Many owners wishing to sell their homes are now turning to renting them as an option. In many cases, they will even "double list" them - Meaning that they are listing them for Sale as well as for Rent in better hopes of finding someone to eleviate that mortgage payment for the owner.
There are now some wonderful options for people to choose from. Especially those who are new to the Lake Norman Real Estate area. They are looking for a nice home to rent while they get familiar with the local towns over the next year with hopes of maybe buying a home in the area; or better yet, see if they can submit an offer on the house that they were renting.
Below we have put together a list of Lake Norman Area Rentals with special emphasis on the Lake area itself. Not every Home or Condo will be waterfront, but will be in a lake side community or just a very short distance to the pleasures that the lake has to offer.
