When I'm working on a home redesign or interior design project, I make sure to mention to my clients that size does matter when selecting furniture. You must visit a furniture store and test drive your furniture before you invest money to purchase it. Make sure there are comfortable places to sit. When doing a home redesign in your rooms consider the height of yourself and your spouse when looking for furniture for your room. Example ~ If your husband is tall, make sure there’s a chair with a deep enough seat for his legs. Decorate with a man’s larger frame and seating habits in mind. If he likes to put his feet up, put an ottoman table in front of his favorite chair. When buying a sofa, think about how you will sit or lie on it.. As I mentioned before it's important to "Test Drive" your furniture in the store just like you would if you were at home. You don't buy a car with out test driving it first do you?
So remember size does matter when selecting furniture and so some research before you invest your money.
