A Positive News Story? WHAT? Great Information on Charlotte NC Market

Just when you're getting depressed about how the real estate market is treated by the national news media, along comes a positive clip on the ABC News Nightline Online Edition! (Thanks to Olan Carder for the heads-up!)

As we watch the national real estate trends across the country, which consistently show markets that are adjusting downward or have gone flat, Charlotte NC is always popping up as the contrarian market-one of the top places to invest, one of the top values available in the nation, a place of increasing home values.

Finally, we see a news story that explains what's going on and doesn't try to skew the story (although I was a little irritated by the interviewer's penchant for wanting to know how much money the broker she interviewed is making). This is a story you won't see on the headline news at night-it's entirely too positive for that!
