Interest rates are so low

With the tax credit over I am so happy that the interest rates are in the mid 4's. We have had some up's and down's with the rates a little but so far they are staying in record low's. I hope that buyers will realize it is still a great time to buy before the interest rates jump. They will at some point I am sure but know one really knows when.

There is a huge difference in a payment of 4.5%-8% or even 9%. And can make a big difference in what kind of home you can buy.

So get out there and start buying before the interest rates jump.
