The strong Buyer's Market continues but June's SOLD figures have shown a very welcome increase. We generally attribute this to the rush in meeting the deadline for the Buyers Federal Tax Credit Program. Inventory continues to be high which affords to offer many opportunities for buyers.

Great interest rates erasing the fear for the immediate future that they will start to inch up. The current market offers many opportunities for buyers and it could be very worthwhile for the consumer to check with the financial folks to see if they could qualify for a purchase. For tax purposes owning rather than renting is much more worthwhile.
