The June stats reflected reflected an increase in sales which we reflected was due to the Buyers Federal Tax Credit Program which has ended and the July figures surely reflect that. These figures are not welcomed by sellers.

This market does offer great opportunities for qualified buyers. With the high inventory of properties to choose from and the continuing low interest rates -- if you are in a position to purchase the current market is a good time to seriously consider it!
