2007 Parade of Homes

The 2007 Parade of Homes, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties is upon us again!

This year there are several amazing entries that you won't want to miss! Chatham County is going to have one of the largest representations in two neighboring communities, Chapel Ridge and Parks at Meadowview. Chapel Ridge has 8 homes planned for the Parade and Meadowview has 6. Lennar homes will also have one of their Patio Homes in Chapel Ridge on Parade!

This is the perfect opportunity to see some great examples of custom building and detailing all within a close proximity to each other!

The 2007 Parade of Homes will be held September 29-30, October 5-7, and October 12-14 from12pm-5pm and the admission is FREE! Please stop by the Chapel Ridge Information Center, located in the golf clubhouse for your personal guide to the 2007 Parade of Homes - it's promising to be an exciting 3 weekends!

Directions to Chapel Ridge:

From Chapel Hill, take 15/501 South, cross over Haw River Bridge, turn right on Russels Chapel Church Road, Right on Old Graham Rd. and Chapel Ridge is 2 miles on left side (watch for white fences).

From Apex/Care, take 64 west, cross over Jordan Lake, take 15/501 North at Pittsboro interchange, in one mile turn left on Russels Chapel Church Road, Right on Old Graham Rd. and Chapel Ridge is 2 miles on left side (watch for white fences).
