Sales Stats for Wake county NC

Well, I thought I would show what has been going on for the stats for Raleigh Area, especially Wake County for July of this year compared to last year.

For the Single Family Residence we have

July 2007 # of Sales is 2,292 and the Median sale Price is $225,000

July 2006 # of Sales is 2,357 and the Median sale Price is $213,500

So, as you can see we are done on number of sales for the area, but not that bad. But the over all price continues to rise. Our prices are very steadly going up not down as a buyer would hope in a buyers market.
