Bad Market, or Bad Attitude?

Is the Real Estate market bad, or is it our attitude that makes it seem unbearable? The Davie County homes for sale are up in number and down in the sold category. People are buying and selling real estate everyday. The question becomes are you going to be one of the people doing the buying or the selling?

Too many agents and consumers let the market dictate their attitude toward the housing market. For example Davie County homes for sale are at an all time high. Now you can see that as a horrible indicator, or an incredible opportunity.

There was a story one of my mentors would tell me about his time at war. They were surrounded and all of the soldiers were fearful and certain this was the end. All except one. When asked why he was not fearful about being out numbered he simply replied "I have plenty of ammo, and just look at all that opportunity!"

The real estate market is the same way. You can say "there are too many homes on the market causing it to be unstable" , OR you can say "look at all the good deals for buyers!"
