Staging in the News Again!

We had a listing appointment tonight. Reason she called us? Because they wanted their home staged and I am one of a handful of Accredited Staging Professional Realtors in town.

After we returned home, I opened up my N.C. Realtor Report, a NC Association of Realtors Email Newsletter, and there it was in the list this week's Hot Topics. A little blurb on the increasing popularity of professional home staging, leading in to an article in the Raleigh Observer that touts the value of professional homestaging and the value of staging to sell. All but one of the Raleigh area Realtors quoted are gung- ho for the newly discovered art.

The introductory paragraph even coins the one word phrase homestagers. It is a very positive article overall and a good one for stagers to add to their presentation book.
