More and More Realtors Are Using Attorney's To Help Facilitate Their Short Sales

It seems as thought more and more Realtors today are utilizing the services of attorneys to do their short-sales for them. This thought has never crossed my mind because often times I find that attorney's can slow the process. I would be very interested to hear your feedback on this subject. Thanks.
