I just love my subdivision (Breckenridge, Morrisville, NC) and here's 10 reasons why.

1. Sidewalks galore. Plenty of room to walk your dog and/or yourself.

2. Alot of nice, friendly, polite neighbors.

3. Pool and Tennis Courts.

4. Close to grocery store (Harris Teeter)

5. Close to restaurants (Nikos Taverna, Red Dragon, Wendy's, Saffron to name a few).

6. Close to services (dry cleaning, nail shop, vet, dr and dentist offices).

7. Convenient to Bike routes (Davis Drive).

8. 540 exit off Davis Dr to make trips into Raleigh/Brier Creek quicker and easier.

9. Road expansion (2 lane to 4 lane) to help ease morning and evening traffic jams.

10. The majority of all services, grocery and restaurant are all within walking distance promoting a healthier lifestyle.
