


Here is a look at the Closed, Escrowed and Active listings in April, with pertinent data, reflected in the Western North Carolina MLS as of today (04/28/08).
While we won’t know the ultimate selling prices of the homes in escrow for a little while, we do know that it took an average of approximately 6 months to ’secure’ a contract on the Haywood County, NC homes that are presently in escrow. Wow. Could it be the pricing?
