Market Graph Wake County

The following Graph shows Active, Pending and Sold listings for Wake County, North Carolina homes over the last 15 months.

You can see the market is picking up in line with last year, but not as rapidly. The inward migration numbers are strong, the sales are down, the pent up demand in Wake County is growing and growing. I have no idea what the catalyst will be, but rates will not get much lower and we have seen that it is very unlikely prices will decrease or job growth will not continue in our area so it is a very different market than many other parts of the country.
