I hope you are all doing well. I had a Closing about a month ago. It was tough closing and a long process getting this client qualified. He kept telling me that if I got him in a home, that he was going to give me a kiss. I was a little worried because this guy is 6'6 and well over 350 pounds. 
I am not a small guy, 6'0 and 250 pounds, If he wanted to give me a kiss, I was not going to have a choice. so, I made sure I had someone at the attorney's office to capture the moment.
When you do a good job and take care of the client, there is not telling what you are going to get. In my case it has been 3 referrals and a big kiss on the cheek!! Enjoy the picture.
