Susie, $38K for a house? Was that an out house? LOL I see that your DOM is still up there too. How are you coming on your sale?

I've been doing quarterly reports, but just a little while ago, I pulled the listing and sales data for each city I service, for both July, and August to date. We're on the same wave-length =)

Michael, not an outhouse.  You are right, our numbers are languishing at the moment.

Lisa, we have a ways to go yet (at least here).  I see WalMart Greeter in my future!!

Hi Susie - I am a big fan of market reports as it lets people understand the inner workings of the market. Why not interpret the data for all the consumers reading?

Susie,

My last name is Haywood.  I've been told by family members that we have historical connections to your county.  I'd love to read a blog on the history of the area.  You may have already done that.  I have not checked yet...

Morning Susie,

Thanks for the market report. I enjoy reading them and knowing where our area fits compared to other parts of the country.
