Sutton Place by Pulte in APEX

Sutton Place is another place you want to check out and the location is so good that you are right in the middle of Apex and Cary. But this is not a huge community like Harmony or Breckenridge built by Pulte. They are consists of 110 single family homes and price starting atr $330K or above.

They have good schools, lots sizes and the only thing you need to live with is they don't have a community swimming pool But you can defintely join the YMCA or other nearby pools.
