It's OFFICIAL!! Tuesday evening, December 16th, the FrontGate Pinnock Properties Christmas Party provided a special surprise gift for all the "FrontGaters" in attendance. Janet Faulk, Regional Director of Keller Williams of the Carolinas came from Lake Norman to be with us. Mike Hardinger introduced Janet and she took the opportunity to let us all know that the franchise that we have been working so hard to earn has been awarded. So, effective immediately, we are the newest Keller Williams franchise in the Carolinas.

FrontGate Properties was originally conceived as a stepping stone to our ultimate goal--to join the Keller Williams family. The team of investors who led the way, Mike Hardinger, Kim Stout, Tammy Lyne, Rebecca Cummings, and Peggy Floyd, modeled FrontGate from the very beginning on the Keller Williams culture and business model. We have kept our eye on the target for nearly a year and a half, and our original investors began the process more than a year before that. Tonight's announcement represents both a beginning and a culmination, the achievement of a goal that we each took on as our own when we joined FrontGate, and the beginning of the REAL Keller Williams adventure.
