Remember this gal from an earlier post? We just came from the Realtor year end luncheon where new officers were installed, old officers were thanked, awards were given, speeches were made, etc. Food Food was good--we are not letting an off year keep us from a good meal!
The highlight of the event for my office was the naming of the first recipient of a new award~Rookie of the Year, awarded to someone in the business for 24 months or less, with outstanding production during any 12 month period of that year. Shannon Stites came home with this one and what a great demonstration of the efficacy of the teaching tools of Keller Williams. Shannon joined FrontGate after less than a year in the business. She behaved like a proverbial sponge at the first cycle of the Keller Williams training class 4-4-3. She attended a meeting with Janet Faulk, the KW Carolinas Regional Director and soaked up every word that Janet had to say, and then she put it to work!
The result is awesome production, dollar volume a large percentage of our board would be thrilled with this year, and a nifty Rookie of the Year plaque to hang next to the Moore County Leadership Institute Diploma above.
Way to go Shannon, I know that all of us are WAAAAY proud of you.
