Tax rebate !!!

What a great time to purchase a home! The federal government will actually give a first time home buyer(also anyone who has not owned a home for 3 years or more) $8000 tax rebate for purchasing a home. Yes.. of course you need to have decent credit and you probably will have to have a down payment. But there are also some mortgages, for example a USDA - rural home loan that requires no money down. Or how about an FHA that requires 3.5 % down. If someone told me a few years ago that I could purchase a home and get a rebate (like buying a car) I would have said NO WAY! Come on first time buyers LETS GO !!!!
