Blog Content Needed to Attract Consumers

I just loved Jim Marks, Realtor in Laguna Beach CA, suggestions on blogging. He said that we already had great content for blogging if we just looked through our sent email files. He added that many agents respond to various clients daily and already have substantial content created there. So I did look through my sent files and found loads of very good stuff to get started. My personal clients have lots of questions and concerns about:

• Homeowner Associations
• Residential Closings
• Appraisals
• Mortgage Insurance Premiums
• FHA Loans
• Lease Purchase, if my property doesn't sell
• HUD Foreclosures

And this was just the beginning. So I guess I've listed these few here to say that reading a fellow AR members blog has helped me overcome a big hurdle. And using my own email has indentified my areas of specialty. Up until know, finding good blogging content has been difficult for me. Little did I know, I had good content all along in my sent file.
