What a day we are having today.

I have been on the phone with the Short Sale Department for over 2 hours in trying to resolve a short sale payoff figure.

Has anyone else had to deal with a situation like this. I am about ready to pull my hair out. I have been on the phone with them almost daily since July 22, 2009.

I think that we can work this out...I just need to speak with someone who is in control.

Help.
