As I have said many times, real estate is local, even in the same county. While ones towns' home sales may be brisk, sales may be slower in a neighboring town. If you have questions or need more information, contact me.

Cynthia, what a great market report and showcase of your area! You know I love NC and I always look forward to seeing more of it!

Cynthia,
Hubert sounds and looks like a wonderful place to call home....your median list and sale prices are very similar to ours here in Belleville.

Jo

Hi Cynthia, this is a great review of the area with the addition of the market information this is a great post for buyers to see how wonderful living there can be.  Nice post Cynthia.

Cynthia, Swansboro sounds wonderful.  Is Topsail Beach on Topsail Island.  We use to go to a little place on Topsail Island which we loved.

Cynthia That sounds like the kind of town I would love to live in when we decide to leave real estate - no hustle and bustle.  I love where water and farmland meet,  Karen

Gary,
Thanks, it is a great area.  Some even say a "slice of heaven on earth".

Hi Teri,
I appreciate you stopping in and commenting, you must come visit.

Great info Cynthia, I wish my days on the market average would look anything like that.

Hello Linda,
Well, you need to come on down and see for yourself.  :0)

Hi Jo,
Isn't that interesting that our prices are similar and we're both coastal?  Thank you.

Cynthia...this has never, ever been on my list of places to visit.  It looks awesome.  I'd love to bop down there with the wife and kids.  Nice post.

I see your average days on the market are under 6 months, plus the sold average days on the market are on the lower side even yet. That is wonderful news. Keep up the good work. Looks like we are about to have a new #1 at North Carolina Featured Agent. Keep up the good work.

Hello Gary White,
That's my point!  Thank you.

Hi Marchel,
Yes, Topsail Beach is on Topsail Island.  It is a wonderful little beach, mostly a vacation/resort beach...very few permanent residents.

Sonja,
Hold on my friend, better times are coming.

Hi Larry,
Isn't it amazing what we learn here on AR?  Like you, I have learned about places that I want to visit.

Susan,
The numbers for our area are pretty good (especially when compared with some other areas).  My personal numbers are not this good.

I LOVE your Bucks Corner Farm sign. We still have a few of those "honor system" road side stands around. As long as they exist, I know this country hasn't completely gone to hell yet.

Hi Vicki,
Thanks and I agree 100%.  It still amazes me that this works in this day and time but it does.
