Wake Forest Home Values Decline by 6 1/2 percent

According to Zillow.com, homes in Wake Forest have declined 6.6% in the past year. The economic downturn has apparently had an impact in the Raleigh, Wake Forest, Triangle NC real estate market. It's definitely a great time to buy a home! This is particularly true if you are a first time home buyer, because of the first time home buyer credit. However, if you are a move up buyer, prices in the upper price ranges have seen greater declines in values, so when you move up the savings on your purchase will far outweigh what you lose on your sale. Better hurry though; experts don't expect these prices to last that much longer.
