My First Real Day on my own. Its as exciting as my first day of kindergarden.

I am exhausted. I woke up bright and early 6am and have been non-stop all day.

I had to re-register with HUD

I had to change all of my advertising

Order Signs - Local Sign Shop

Order Business Card - Local Print Shop

Change all of my numbers and signatures.

I forgot to change my voicemail.

I picked up a few new buyers today and am booked for the weekend already.

I just finished sending my last few emails.

So far so good I love truly working for myself. I love the freedom of just Selling Real Estate and Establishing relationships.

I received a very kind Thank you note from a recent client. Thanking me for my time and patience.

Today has been investor day I have had several calls from investors more so than normal. Everyone is looking for the same thing 30% equity. I know of 1 home right now that has 30% equity built in but noone wants to take the leap? I don't understand.

Also I have not announced this yet buy I have started working on my MBA I am not officially in a program but am taking a few courses at the moment.

Back to school and a new company all in the same week. I love being busy it is when I do my best work.

Whoopi!! I can't wait for tomorrow morning.
