There are so many subdivisions in Union county, it is hard to get to them all. Especially since we are the 15th fastest growing county in America and #1 in all of North Carolina!
This is one that I had driven by several times, and then had driven into only once. But when I decided to put it on one of my prospects previews (as a hopeful, high end price range) for them, well I am pleasantly surprised! This is a lovely Shea Homes community with about 150 all Brick homes for sale! Right now the prices have dropped to around 380k, that is a great price!
I am happier, because a house has become a home for my clients!
