Our inventory is on the rise, and we need to lower prices and sell some homes in Waynesville, NC. There have been 19 homes sold in May to date, taking an average of 194 days to sell. Waynesville's inventory of homes for sale is, as mentioned, on the increase. There were 514 homes for sale on April 26, and today (May 26th) we have 553 homes on the market.
