For those of us who live in the Whispering Pines vicinity, this is what we have been waiting for so that we can enjoy upscale grocery shopping right at the edge of Whispering Pines. Right now, we have to drive into Aberdeen or to Carthage to get to the closest grocery shopping. I think our real estate values will increase as a result of this added convenience.
