Wilson, NC real estate is hopefully picking up!

Great news! We're starting to see some light at the end of the proverbial "real estate tunnel" here in the Wilson area. Call-ins and showings seem to be picking up a little as well as Open House traffic. At this time of year, as we approach the Christmas season, we normally see buyer inquiries taper off a bit until January, so this flutter of activity is promising. There have been some years in the past that we have had tremendous viewing activity and sale closings in December, even on Christmas Eve! So you never really know who might be looking to buy or who may be interested in putting their home on the market in their time off around the holidays! Or if visiting friends and relatives may want to look at the possibilities of making Wilson their new home as they explore our area during their visit here!
