WELCOME TO MINOT ND! When I first moved to Minot North Dakota I was really looking forward to a house call from Welcome Wagon. Now that may seem strange for a guy but you see my mom was the Welcome Wagon hostess for Fargo ND and I was fascinated with what she did. Well I soon found out that there would be no welcome to Minot ND from Welcome Wagon as there wasn't one in town. In Truth there was one and two competitors but all went out of business with certain privacy laws.

I checked into it further and what seemed to be the stumbling block for the now defunct welcome to Minot ND businesses was that they used to get their names from the utilitie companies and those companies could no longer pass that information out. I knew this would not stop my mom and I was not going to let it stop me. Minot North Dakota needed a business that said Welcome To Minot to it's newest community members.
