80 Dodge Condos Update
Our model has been open only a short while now and we are already 17% reserved. The success has pushed us past our first reservation goal and we have implemented our first pre-construction price increase. Congratulations to those who have reserved their units.
We are told that the next price increase could come as soon as 4 weeks from now. So, now is the time to stop by the selections center/model, get a price quote on the unit of your choice, and make your reservation. Reservations are non-binding and completely refundable.
Due the popularity, we have decided to continue to hold our Wine Wednesdays. Feel free to come by for wine and cheese on Wednesdays from 5-7. Also, WineStyles will be hosting a wine tasting party on Wednesday, September 26th from 5-7.
