12th Annual OABR Chili Cook-Off

On Monday, February 23, 2009 the Omaha Area Board of Realtors will be holding their 12th Annual Chili Cook-Off. This is a fun event and this year's theme will be Mardi Gras. This year I am participating as one of the chefs.

I have never cooked chili before (except can chili in a microwave) so I will be harnessing the "power of the internet" to assist me with my chili cooking. If my chili does not turn out, I can place the blame on Al Gore for inventing the internet. If you would like to attend it is held at the OABR education center from 11:00 to 1:00 PM. See you there!
