Fort At No.4 Living History Museum Building Roofing in Charlestown New Hampshire part of Southwest New Hampshire, the Fort At No.4 is an Authentic Re-Creation of the original Fort, which originally stood in the area where Main Street and the businesses of Charlestown, New Hampshire are today.

This here Recreated Fortified Village helps to educate folks of all ages, about what it was like to live here and the Historical events which mainly took place in the area between the years of the 1740's and 1763. We also hold Re-enactments of the American Revolution and other events.



Fort At No.4 Living History Museum Building Roofing in Charlestown New Hampshire part of Southwest New Hampshire, we tell the story of Colonial American life which took place in this area. The Fort At No.4 is needing your help in order to continue to tell those stories and to help folks learn of the Historical Events which took place and to keep the stories going on for the Generations to come. Our 50 year old Wooden Fortified Village facility, which has wooden shingles/shakes on the roofs of the buildings.

The challenges of the day to day upkeep sure can be mighty challenging, then there is also the many years of deferred maintenance which also needs to be addressed in order to keep water out of and from damaging the inside of the buildings, plus the items on display inside them.
