Highwaymen have taken over New Hampshire's State Capital!

The main difference between the 17th and 18th Century Highwaymen and the Politicians in Concord. Is in the way they hold folks up. Highwaymen would use a pistol, the band of Politicians at the Capital use a pen to take our hard earned money. The money that we need to keep a roof over our family's head, and food for them to eat.
Higher taxes and Fee are not at all the answer to deficits and sure do cause more harm in the long run. Just take a look at California and New Jersey.
Governor Lynch and his merry little band of lawmakers, wanted to take video slots and a new capital gains tax off the table, and did not want a sales or income tax.
So where did they come up with the money in order to do that. From the hard working men and women of New Hampshire.
Governor Lynch signed into law to new taxs and fees, that started 1 July 2009. There is a new 5 percent dividends tax on limited liability companies. Other tax and fee increases the cigarett taxes, from .75 to 1.78 and car registrations are $30.00 more a year for passenger vehicles and $15.00 more a year for vanity plates added to the regular registrations. And lets not forget about the 1 percent tax to refinac a home, the 9 percent rooms and meals tax, which the lawmarkers added campgrounds at the very last minute under the levy's umbrella, now isn't that something. Folks will now have to pay a tax, on useing theor own tent at a campground.
(Why aren't Governor Lynch and his merry little band of lawmakers, willing to cut their salary's in half and stop liven high on the hog).
They sure are willing to throw regular New Hampshire employees out of work, to add to the unemployment line, and maybe even out of their homes, and out into the street, where they could even end up in a food line.
It is time the people of New Hampshire, to tell the lawmakers. We have had enough, and we willing no longer just let them rob us of our hard earned money.
Let it be known I Dale Baker, will be running for Governor of New Hampshire. In the next election!
(When elected and take office, I will be a Governor for and of the people of New Hampshire!)

Dale,
It seems like everything is going up all over. I know all the local governments here are, instead of scraping by, trying to figure out how to get ore money.
Howdy there Steven
Glad to have you stop by to visit, and to read and reply to your comment on this post about the Highwaymen have taken over New Hampshire's State Capital, here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friend
It sure does seem that all State governments are out to take, the money of the folks that works the hardes for it. Governor Lynch was supposed to work one week a month with out pay. But instead is only going to do one day a month.
Dale I agree with both you and Steven. If you aren't already in the poor house you will be there soon. Everywhere we go folks are really disgusted, but apparently our elected officials don't pay attention to what we want, it's what they want. They need to cut out some of the unnecessary items they sneak through in all these proposals they don't even read. Believe me, next election I believe there will be some major changes. Hey, I think I'll take Ceil out to an expensive restaurant and see if I can pay the bill with an 'I OWE YOU" like they are doing in California.
Howdy there Carl and Ceil
It sure is always a real pleasure to have y'all stop by to sit and visit for a bit, and to read and write a reply back to the comments that y'all always take the time to leave on the posts. Here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friends
That sure is one of the bades thing about politicians, they just don't open up there eyes and ears to the working class of folks. They only pass laws that they and the big money folks want to have passed. And then they want each of us to pay for them.
As Harry S. Truman said, The Buck Most Stop Here!
Another thing about politicians, they are the only ones in our Country that can give their selves a pay raise of how ever much they want. That sure does need to stop. The American public should be able to vote on just how much of a raise each of our elected offials get. And also their staff members. As it gets closer to election time, for the Governor's seat I'll be stating more in depth on my views of how I'll help the folks of New Hampshire, when they elect me to office.
Carl- you and I think a lot a like, I have also thought about doing something like that. And why don't we also go and get some groceries with an "I OWE YOU". LOL
Hi Dale, Our grocery bill this last week was the highest it has ever been but our income is the same!
Howdy there Shirley

I sure know about the grocery bills going up. We pay more money for things, and those items have less to them. Like Alexis's ketty cat food, it has gone up in price. But the bag has gotten smaller. But she will only eat one kind of food, so no matter what, I'll keep on buying it for her.
Can also only buy it at two places.
Dale
I would sure vote for you friend if I could. Keep up the protest and don't give up!
Howdy there Trey

Thank you kindly Trey, I know you would if ya could.
One thing in my life that I have never done, is to give up. No matter what the odd's may be!
A vote for Dale Baker to to be Governor, is like casting a vote for yourself! I will look out for all residents of New Hamphire!
Just wait until they throw a "professional & personal services" tax on top of it. Arizona keeps trying, but hasn't done it yet. YET.
Howdy there Kent
