Wow Jay!  41 active listings...is the whole town moving?  I remember those little sweet towns from Michigan.

Hi Chris,

            The 41 active listings certainly are plenty. I remember the beginning of 2005 Monika and I went on a CMA and there were only 6 homes on the market at the tim ewe took the listing in Feb.
