Free seminars to condominium buyers and owners in Dover New Hampshire

The Dover Public Library is sponsoring a series of free seminars for those considering the purchase of a condominium, as well as owners and board members in condominiums. The seminars are free and will be given on three successive Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. in the Lecture Hall at the Library.

Attorney Sanford Roberts, with more than 20 years experience creating homeowner's associations, condominium documents, advising owners and associations, and litigating condominium and homeowner association cases in N.H. and Maine, will present the seminars. Questions will be answered during the presentations. The seminars are designed to be of value to prospective purchasers, owners, board members, realtors and property managers.

- Tuesday, June 2: Operation of an Association: Do's, don'ts, and strategies for successful operation

- Tuesday, June 9: Collections, Solving Problems, and Dealing with Disputes in an Association.

Roberts is a panel member for the Community Association Institute's almost free legal advice seminars, and for the National Business Institute's condominium law/continuing legal education seminars for lawyers. His office is located at 117 Bow St. in Portsmouth.
