30 homes sold in August:

- 12 single family homes,

- 13 condos, and

- 5 mobile homes.

Year-to-date, 185 homes have sold in Hampton:

-102 single family homes

- 71 condos, and

- 12 mobile homes

In addition, 14 Hampton area homes went pending with active contracts in August.
