30 homes sold in September:

- 16 single family homes,

- 12 condos, and

- 2 mobile homes.

Year-to-date, 215 homes have sold in Hampton:

-118 single family homes

- 83 condos, and

- 14 mobile homes

In addition, 9 Hampton area homes went pending with active contracts in September.
