THE BEST BEACH DAY OF THE YEAR!!! THE COAST IS CLEAR!!!

Today was the day locals wait for at Hampton Beach... The day the "coast is clear".

90 degrees, no humidity, waves large enough for some great Boogie Borading but not as big as yesterday to swamp you...

You see as Jimmy Buffett sings about:

The tourist traps were empty
The kids are back in school
Vacancy abounds
Almost like it used to be
Before the circus came to town

Having worked all weekend showing houses, being able to set a few appointments at the Beach this morning, and setting some time aside in teh afternoon to recharge and get some sun one more time before cool fall air takes over... The business owners may think different as they look forward to one more full house this Labor weekend, but for me, this was the best Beach Day of the Year!!!

Another reason why New Hampshire is agreat place to live, visit and play!
