Lancaster NH: On October 1st 2010 RE/MAX Northern Edge Realty merged with Sally Pratt Real Estate to become RE/MAX Northern Edge Realty of Lancaster NH. Sally Pratt Real Estate has been serving the needs of Sellers and Buyers in Coos and northern Grafton counties in New Hampshire and Essex, Caledonia and Orleans counties in Vermont, since 1980. Sally Pratt Real Estate was founded by Sally B. Pratt in Lancaster, New Hampshire. In 2007, Louise Caouette became the Broker/Owner of Sally Pratt Real Estate, with Sally Pratt continuing on as an active agent. In addition to Louise Caouette and Sally Pratt, Denise Hood Boynton has joined the RE/MAX Team in Lancaster.
