Its that time of year. Along with the annual Old Home Day celebration we are also blessed here in Londonderry with the opening of Macks Apple Farm (officially open Yesterday Aug 15th). While the Ice Cream stand and Duck Pond have been open all summer, the farm stand does not open until the apple crop ripens.
Whether you live in Londonderry or just want to take a trip to the country and pick your own make Macks a destination before summer is over, and return for those fresh apples for your holiday pies. Mmmmmmm, Pie!
