The Nashua market activity in June of 2009 show signs of stabilization as compared to 2008. The average sales price and number of transactions were nearly the same for single family homes.
Condominium sales continued the downward trend with a 10% reduction in the average sales price. There was an increase due to the activity in the first-time homebuyer market.
